Laura Prewitt

Laura Prewitt most recently was involved in oversight of third party service providers and development of governance protocols, audit processes, financial reporting protocols, and appropriate risk mitigation initiatives across all lines of business and several outsourcing arrangements. She brings more than 25 years experience in life insurance and annuity administration to LOGiQ³.

Over the course of her career at Protective Life and Commonwealth Annuity, she has had direct responsibility for administration of all types of fixed and variable life and annuity products, from new business processes through claims administration. She also brings expertise in acquisition due diligence, data conversions, merger integration activities, compliance, robust product tax knowledge, and reinsurance administration.

Laura has her BA and EMBA from the University of Alabama and has earned her Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC) LOMA designations, as well as holds Series 6, 63, and 26 designations with FINRA.
