Working from a well designed, detailed audit program, LOGiQ³ has performed audits crossing all operational functions including Underwriting, Administration, Treaty and Claims. Working from a personalized Statement of Work, LOGiQ³ will clearly describe the scope and primary responsibilities necessary to complete the key objectives of the audit.

The administrative component of LOGiQ³'s operational audit program includes preliminary planning and pre-work, sample selection, treaty review, premium rate testing, data integrity and treaty compliance, on-site process and controls review, retention management, administrative systems review and a summarized report of findings and recommendations. LOGiQ³ will not only identify the weaknesses, but also provide a risk based prioritization to the noted concerns.
