Kelly Priest

Prior to joining LOGiQ³, Kelly worked at Manulife Reinsurance as the Sr. Client Review Specialist, where she was involved in the development of their audit program and on-site operational audits. Kelly was also instrumental in creating and conducting Manulife's first European on-site audits.

Throughout her career Kelly has been involved in all aspects of the life reinsurance industry including development of life administrative procedures, financial reporting and ceded/retroceded administration and retention management.

Kelly brings over 25 years of industry experience and knowledge to LOGiQ³ where she is responsible for the strategic direction of the global audit services portfolio and all audit activity, across all lines of business, ensuring a consistent LOGiQ³ methodology and delivery.

Kelly is an active member of RAPA and has served on the committee as both Treasurer and Chair of the Audit Committee for the past four years. Under Kelly's direction, the Audit Committee published the first RAPA publication: Operational Risk Management, a best practices within the reinsurance audit industry. Kelly is a member of the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) and has obtained several industry related certifications within the IIA and LOMA.
