So that was 2011...
Not only is 2011 over, but January 2012 has also flown by. Every year it feels like time begins to move faster and faster.
As we look ahead through 2012 and we see where our business is going we get very excited. We are just beginning to onboard another outsourced underwriting client which is a lot of fun. Our existing reinsurance administration outsourcing clients continue to do more with us and we build stronger, deeper, more collaborative relationships with them. As well, at the AHOU in April we’re going to be announcing a new product we have spent years working on and feel it is now ready to start showing the world. All exciting stuff.
However, none of these initiatives are by accident, they are the result of tremendous work effort and accomplishments that happened to this point. For example, in 2011 LOGiQ3:

Placed 25th in the 23rd annual PROFIT 200 ranking of Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies by PROFIT Magazine.

Experienced growth in top line, bottom line and number of clients.

Added new clients to our outsourced reinsurance administration services.

Added a new client to our outsourced claims adjudication services.

Successfully completed SSAE16 Soc I Type 2, formerly known as SAS 70. Concurrent with this, because of our global customer base, LOGiQ3 also obtained the CICA 5970 and ISAE 3402 reports.

Conducted a branding survey across our network of clients and friends to continue to build out the LOGiQ3 brand. We always think we know what the industry thinks of us, but asking the question certainly provides some interesting insights. Natalie is consolidating this information now and the results will be posted here in the coming weeks.

Ventured into the world of Social Media and are very excited where its taking us and quite surprised at the relevance it has to our business.

Rolled out our Maxims (aka - Quirky Guiding Principles) and have continued a lot of culture based work to make sure these are not just words on a board, but drive our behavior and decision making across the organization.
A lot in one year and a lot of great opportunities ahead of us. We can’t thank the entire LOGiQ3 team enough for working so hard to make all this possible. We are constantly impressed by the team.
In January, LOGiQ3 turned six years old. How can it be six years already? It’s been an incredible evolution over that time and we thank all our clients and friends out there who have helped us build and grow LOGiQ3 into the insurance and reinsurance consulting and outsourcing company it has become.
