The Ultimate Guide to Life Insurance and InsurTech Conference Season

Tue, 19 Sep 2017 22:11:46 +0000 / by Megan Gardner

For some, Fall marks the highly anticipated return of Pumpkin Spiced Lattes (let's face it, pumpkin spiced everything) but for the insurance industry it marks conference season.

It is the time of year when industry peers come together to get refreshed, re-energized and inspired for what it to come in insurance. Given the ample selection of conferences to choose from, I curated a list of top conferences for life insurance professionals to attend.

While insurance innovation and insurtech have made it onto several agendas, there are entire conferences and events dedicated to these topics. In addition to must attend life insurance conferences, I also included  top InsurTech conferences we have our eyes on.  Check out the list below and stay tuned as I update the guide into 2018.

Your Guide to the 2017-2018 Life Insurance Conference Season

This year, discussions focused on:

  • Offerings from new digital entrants
  • How InsurTech is empowering start-ups and established organizations to optimize their engagement with consumers
  • Understanding the connected worlds of millennials so that we can better sell to them

Our very own Natalie Ho and Chris Murumets led a session on how co-creation and open collaboration can drive innovation in insurance.
